Freshman (2007): Played in 46 games starting in 29 at right field... hit .176 with 13 hits in 74 at bats, scoring 26 runs... had two doubles, five home runs and 12 RBI on the season... went 3-for-3 for stolen bases on the season... was used 12 times as a pinch runner and three times as a pinch hitter... batted .222 in 21 SLC games starting in 14, scoring 15 runs in 36 at bats.

Prior to UTA: A three-sport athlete in softball, volleyball and basketball and 2006 graduate of Mesquite High School... as a sophomore earned first team all-city and all-district honors... earned second team all-district and offensive player of the year honors as a junior... as a senior was named Mesquite High School Most Outstanding Player and team MVP, also earned Dallas Morning News Player of the Week honors.
