Freshman (2007): Selected as the SLC Freshman of the Year... played in 43 games started in 19 games on the mound... led all the freshman, hitting .304 on the season with seven home runs... scored 18 runs on 35 hits in 115 at bats... hit her first collegiate home run in the Mavs season opener against Michigan (Feb.10)... allowed 41 earned runs on the season in 123.0 innings pitched for a team best 2.33 ERA (4th in the SLC)... posted a 13-4 record on the season with 104 strikeouts (9th in SLC) and five shutouts... finished the season ranked second in the SLC with a .208 opponent batting average... went 8-2 in league play recording 45 strikeouts.

Prior to UTA: A 2006 graduate and three-sport athlete in softball, volleyball and track at Mesquite Poteet High School... for her high school career pitched 656.2 innings for a .88 ERA, striking out 854 batters... as a freshman earned all-area and district 12-4A Newcomer of the Year and all-state honors... named District 12-4A Pitcher of the Year as a sophomore and junior... as a senior earned all-area, all-state and all-star honors and was named District 11-4A MVP... named team MVP all four years.
